Driven by a passion for empowering women, I aim to guide them toward a life of love, authenticity, and radiant vitality. My journey began a decade ago with Kundalini Yoga and the Law of Attraction, deepening as I faced my own health challenges and emotional pain from past traumas.
Turning to ancient wisdom and modern practices from around the world, From Costa Rica, to Mexico, To Brazil, I found healing and purpose through feminine embodiment & sexual healing work as in energetic medicine. Today, I blend Tantric, Daoist, and shamanic knowledge with quantum energetics to help women confront deep wounds and embrace their full potential.
Through the Sacred Feminine Arts school, I offer retreats, workshops, and online programs that combine deep energetic work, embodiment practices, and transformative journeys, focusing on healing at the soul and cellular level. My work is dedicated to unlocking women's magnetic radiance and guiding them to live with boundless pleasure.

Stephanie Yen is a modern day Tantrika and Yogini devoted to the Temple Arts and believes we are ultimately here to live a life of expansion, liberation and Self Mastery. She is a Tantric Arts & Kriya Yoga Facilitator and is the Hostess of the “Shakti Unleashed” Podcast. She is a devotee of the ancient Yog-Vedantic traditions and certified in over 1000+ hours of in person trainings in the Tantric Arts.
At her core, she is here to help you fully own and live your Soul’s highest calling by awakening your Life Force, connecting you to your eros, and living a life of vitality. She is a passionate spokeswoman for merging the sacred and taboo, the holy and wild, and believes we are here to embrace our sexuality for our highest Dharma (purpose). Stephanie uniquely merges modern day transformational coaching, shadow work, and somatics with ancient Daoist and Tantric lineages to bring about the highest level of transformations in her clients.

Each case is different, but our practises are somatic trauma-informed although they mostly come from ancient medicine or lineages and not from clinical therapy.
We have several examples that prove some ancient methods are more efficient but if there is any concern please reach out and we will be able to support.
If you are under psychotherapy medication is mandatory you inform us before retreat.
